I have always loved hearing all about my Grandpa's projects- since he's a Civil Engineer he has helped to design and build many cool buildings and structures around the state of Arizona. He has helped with the Cardinals Stadium in Glendale, The bridges over Tempe Town Lake, and many other cool things. His most recent project is the "Field Of Dreams" baseball fields out in Gilbert. He took me and Grandma out there today and showed me all around! It was so cool- they built 8 mini ball fields that are replicas of real stadiums! They have Angels stadium, Fenway Park, Chase Field, Yankee's Satdium and 4 more. It was really neat to go out there while they were still in construction- the only downside is all of the protective stuff you have to wear!! I looked like a dork- but it was all in the name of safety, lol!!
