D.D.R.

One of the advantages of having both of your brothers work at Best Buy is smoking deals on products!! My parents were thinking about picking up a nice big tv to go with our new killer surround sound system. My older brother got a great deal on a falt screen lcd thing a majobbie tv that is widescreen and HUGE! With his employee discount we bought it and hooked it up. Tonight we tested out one of our favorite party/family time/hanging out with friends activites: Dance Dance Revolution(D.D.R. for short)! It was so fun to play on the giant tv and so I just had to take some pics! I seriously need to take a video of it because Keith gets SO into it and looks so ridiculous when he plays it. To be quite honest I suck at it, but it's still fun! lol

My family always has Family Home Evening Sunday Nights, because that is when we can all get together. This week it was my older Brother Keith's turn to prepare the lesson. He decided to do something he did in his mission while he was a district leader. He wrote up scripts and had us act out the greatest missionary story ever- Ammon! He even had us wear costumes and everything! The dialogue was modernized and it was VERY hilarious and yet we all learned something and had a blast together as a family!! I love FHE! Next week I have the lesson and my grandparents are coming over to join us and so I have to make it good!! Ingrid (Kev's Girlfriend) and my mom were servants, my dad was King Lamoni and Kevin was Ammon, I was the thief!! Keith was the Narrator, so he's not pictured.

I'M BACK!!!

Hey everyone I am back from one of the best vacations I have ever had in my life!! I don't even know how to describe how much fun I had or what I liked most. First off I just LOVED being away from work!!! Although even better than that was having the beach in my backyard for entire week. Better than that would be 20 kids for me to play with. One of the best things of all has to be the fact that I am now officially a surfer girl!! That's right folks I learned how to surf!! Amy's brother in law Matt taught me how and took me out for the first time and then Jack helped me to improve and then from there I had to practice practice practice!! Surfing is SO hard!! I had so much fun but I am not gonna lie I was ready to come home, I missed my bed(sleeping on the couch was not so good), I wasn't a huge fan of being sandy and dirty all the time, and I really missed my friends!! I took TONS of pictures and had a hard time narrowing it down to pick which ones to put on here. As you can tell I didn't narrow it down very well lol!!Me at my girls at Oceanside Beach
